Jurkat cell lysate (Cat. 2401-100) and mouse small intestine tissue lysate (Cat. 2601-100) can be used as a positive controls. The antibody recognizes 39 kDa Wnt-4 of human, mouse and rat origins. Reactivity to other species has not been tested.
