Comments: VAMP721/722 immunodetection we generated an anti-VAMP721/722 antibody using the cytosolic part of VAMP722 (VAMP722ΔTM). This antibody specifically detected both VAMP721 and VAMP722 sharing 96% identical amino-acid residues. Validated in KO plants: "Note that the VAMP721/722 level in VAMP721-/- VAMP722+/- or VAMP721+/- VAMP722-/- plants is lower than in vamp721 or vamp722 plants, respectively."
