Perform enzymatic antigen retrieval before commencing with the IHC staining protocol, by boiling the tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer,pH 6.0 for 10 minutes, followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes. WB: Use at a concentration of 1 - 2 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 17 kDa. Not tested in other applications.
