The usefulness of this product in other applications has not been determined., FACS, IHC-Fr, FACS: Tested by flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood leukocytes and cell agglutination assay. Can be used at approximately 0.1 mg per million cells. IHC-Fr: Use at an assay dependent dilution. Agglutination studies: The antibody agglutinates untreated RBCs but it fails to agglutinate papain-treated cells. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
