Comments: Discontinued; manufacturer recommendations: IgG; IgG Western Blot; WB: Use at a dilution of 1/2500. This concentration is determined using human FKHR expressed in transfected COS-7 cell extracts. Detects a band of approximately 70-75 kDa. Additional bands of higher molecular weights may be detected in some preparations. Staining of FKHR (FOXO1a) is specifically inhibited with the immunizing peptide. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user. Western Blot.
