Comments: Discontinued; manufacturer recommendations: IgG; IgG ELISA; Western Blot; I-ELISA: Use at a concentration of 0.5-1 µg/ml to detect a limit of ~0.13 ng/well of recombinant human Flt3. WB: Use at a concentration of 0.1-0.2 µg/ml determined using human Flt3 at 5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Detects a band of approximately 130-155 kDa. Endotoxin level is < 10 ng per mg antibody as determined by the LAL method. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user. Indirect ELISA, Western blot.
