Comments: Discontinued; manufacturer recommendations: IgG; IgG Western Blot; ELISA; Tested in peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8,000. WB: preliminary experiments give ~48kDa and 32kDa bands in human liver lysates at 1ug/ml. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the predicted size of approx. 54kDda according to NP_004287. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
