See Towbin H et al. IA (Chemiluminescent): Use at an assay dependent dilution. IHC-Fr: Use at an assay dependent dilution. Tested on cryopreserved sections of rectal mucosal tissue from patients with shigellosis, and on frozen sections of tissue from children with tonsillitis.
