WB: Use at a concentration of 1 µg/ml (using human A431, and mouse 3T3 and CTLL cell lysates, anti-rabbit IgG conjugated to peroxidase and enhanced chemiluminescence). Predicted molecular weight: 95 kDa. The antibody cannot supershift STAT5A. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user. Immunoprecipitation, Western blot.
