Proper Citation: GeneTex Cat# GTX10392, RRID:AB_373988
Target Antigen: MCP2 antibody
Host Organism: goat
Clonality: polyclonal
Comments: Discontinued; manufacturer recommendations: IgG; IgG ELISA: Use at a concentration of 0.5 - 1 µg/ml to detect approximately 0.3 ng/well of recombinant human MCP2. Neut: Use at a concentration of 2 - 5 µg/ml. WB: Use at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml. The detection limit is approximately 20ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Predicted molecular weight: 13kDa. Neutralization Dose 50 (ND50) is defined as the concentration of antibody required to yield one-half maximal inhibition of the cytokine activity on a responsive cell line, when that cytokine is present at a concentration just high enough to elicit a maximum response. The ND50 is approximately 2 - 5 µg/ml in the presence of 0.4 µg/ml of human MCP2, using the human monocyte chemotaxis assay. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutio
