Boil the tissue 10-20 mins in this buffer, followed by cooling to RT. This antibody can be used on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Prolonged fixation in buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 1:25-1:50 with LAB/Probe. When using paraffin-embedded and formalin-fixed tissues, high temperature antigenic unmasking technique (see instructions below) is strongly recommended for consistent and reproducible results.
