The usefulness of this product in other applications has not been determined., WB, For WB: Use at a concentration of 5 ug/ml. This antibody can be used in Western blot analysis and detects a single band of 220 kDa representing the catalytic subunit of DNA Pol epsilon. Product GTX30112 will immunoprecipitate, but only in the absence of salt and even then poorly. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher.
