Comments: Discontinued; manufacturer recommendations: IgG; IgG ELISA; Western Blot; ELISA, Western blot. ELISA: Use at a concentration of 0.5-1 µg/ml. The detection limit for recombinant human Flt3 ligand is approximately 0.08 ng/well. WB: Use at a concentration of 0.5-0.2 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 17.5 kDa. The detection limit for recombinant human Flt3 ligand is approximately 5 ng/lane and 2 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. Endotoxin level is < 10 ng/mg antibody as determined by the LAL (Limulus amebocyte lysate) method. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
