Can be used with immunoperoxidase or immunofluorescent labeling on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded as well as frozen tissue sections to localizes vimentin in fibroblasts, endothelial cells, lymphoid tissues and melanocytes, as well as tumors derived from these cells including sarcomas, lymphomas, melanomas, and their metastatic lesions. WB: Use at an assay dependent dilution. The antibody specifically stains the vimentin band using total cell or tissue extracts. Detects a band of approximately 58 kDa.
