Comments: Discontinued; manufacturer recommendations: Immunohistochemistry; Immunohistochemistry - fixed; Immunohistochemistry (formalin fixed paraffin embedded): use at a concentration of 2 - 4µg / ml for 30 min at RT. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions / concentrations should be determined by the end user. For staining of formalin fixed tissues, digest sections with Protease XXV at 1mg / ml PBS for 5 minutes at 37°C., IHC, IHC-P, Immunohistochemistry, IHC (Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections). The usefulness of this product in other applications has not been determined.
