The usefulness of this product in other applications has not been determined., IHC-P: Use at an assay dependent dilution. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval before commencing with IHC staining protocol. Boil tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10 minutes followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
