GTX30674 may be used for Western blotting where a band is seen at ~25 kDa. The theoretical molecular weight of DJ-1 is ~20 kDa. It has only been tested on transfected lysates, both human and mouse. It is unknown if it will work on endogenous samples. This antibody has also been tested in immunocytochemistry (human paraffin-embedded sections only) and immunoprecipitation. No other applications have been tested. Suggested working dilutions: * Western Blot - 1:2000 Immunocytochemistry - 1:500 (human) Immunoprecipitation - 5 ul/ml (1:200) *The investigator should determine the optimal working dilution for a specific application.; Western Blot
