Comments: Discontinued; manufacturer recommendations: IgG; IgG Western Blot; Western blotting (0.5-4 µg/ml). However, the optimal concentrations should be determined individually. Jurkat cell lysate (Cat. 2401-100) can be used as a positive control. The antibody recognizes the ~170 kDa full length LRP-5/6 of human and mouse origins. A cleavage fragment (~120 kDa) can also be detected. Reactivity to other species has not been tested.
