Comments: Discontinued; manufacturer recommendations: ELISA; Immunohistochemistry; Preliminary experiments gave an approx 40kDa band in Human Liver lysates and an approx 100kDa band in Human Heart lysates at 1ug/ml. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the bands we observe given the calculated size of 37.2kDda according to NP_006782.1. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported? Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Uterus shows nuclear staining in the epithelial cells of the endometrial glands. Recommended concentration, 2-4µg/ml. This antibody is expected to recognise both reported isoforms. ELISA, Immunohistochemistry.
