Discontinued; manufacturer recommendations: IgG1; IgG1 Recognizes a band ~98 kD and may recognize one ~80 kDa (the beta form). Though this production of antibody has not been tested, previous lots have been used for immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry, and immunofluorescence on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded or frozen sections. Antigen retrieval is recommended (EDTA buffer, microwave). This antibody demonstrates nuclear staining. This antibody does not immunoprecipitate.
