Target Antigen: Parvalbumin antibody
Host Organism: rabbit
Clonality: polyclonal
Comments: Discontinued; manufacturer recommendations: IgG; IgG Immunohistochemistry; Immunoprecipitation; Immunohistochemistry - fixed; Western Blot; ELISA; For ELISA: Use at an assay dependent dilution. For IHC-P: Use at a concentration of 1 µg/ml. For IP: Use at a concentration of 5 µg/ml. For WB: Use at a concentration of 0.1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 12 kDa, representing parvalbumin from rat cerebellum. Parvalbumin protein is relatively small and, therefore, it is recommended that electrophoresis be performed using tricine-SDS-PAGE gels and transferred to a nylon membrane. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher. ELISA, IHC (Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections), Immunoprecipitation, Western blot.
