Optimal working dilutions / concentrations should be determined by the end user. By Western blot, this antibody detects a band of 40-45 kDa in 293 and human kidney cell lysate, which corresponds to the predicted molecular weight of SNX 15 (predicted MW 40 kDa according to NP_037438). A single band (approx. 30-35 kDa, probably representing the shorter isoform) was observed in human heart lysate. Western Blot.
