The antibody in solution induces early responses of T cell activation (tyrosine phosphorylation, calcium elevation, Erk activation and expression of activation antigens), but it is unable to induce T cell proliferation. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user., FACS, FuncS, IP, Flow cytometry/FACS, Functional studies, Immunoprecipitation. The usefulness of this product in other applications has not been determined.
