The usefulness of this product in other applications has not been determined., Prolonged fixation in buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 1:25 to 1:50 with AutoProbe III (GTX28620). For formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections, enzymatic predigestion with Auto/Zyme or Pronase (Cat. No. GTX73181 ) is required. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher.
