Comments: Discontinued; manufacturer recommendations: IgG1; IgG1 Immunohistochemistry; Immunohistochemistry - fixed; IHC, IHC-P, Immunohistochemistry, IHC (Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections). The usefulness of this product in other applications has not been determined., IHC-P: 1/25 - 1/50. An incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature is recommeded using an ABC method. Proteolytic treatment may enhance immunostaining of formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
