The usefulness of this product in other applications has not been determined., For IF: Use at an assay dependent dilution. For IHC-P: Use at a dilution of 1:10 for 60 min at RT. No pretreatment is required for staining. For WB: Use at a concentration of 0.5-1.0 µg/ml for 2hrs at RT. Molecular weight: 54kD/59kD (pro form) and 44kD/49kD (active form) Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
