Proper Citation: RRID:Addgene_131207

Insert Name: NOD2

Organism: Homo sapiens

Bacterial Resistance: Ampicillin

Defining Citation: PMID:33942347

Vector Backbone Description: Vector Backbone:pcDNA5-FRT-TO; Vector Types:Mammalian Expression; Bacterial Resistance:Ampicillin

Comments: For cloning Nod2, variant 1 was used. Nod1wt was cut out and Nod2 without stop codon was integrated. To ensure that EGFP and Nod2 are in-frame, two additional bases were added at reverse primer (primer without stop codon of Nod2). Insert has three silent mutations: Codon 178: TCG instead of TCC --> Serine Codon 587: CCT instead of CCC --> Proline Codon 792: CGG instead of CGT --> Arginine
