Comments: mId1 protein coding sequence was amplified from a lab stock plasmid by high fidelity PCR. EcoRI and BamHI restriction sites were added to the 5' and 3' ends, respectively. This fragment was first cloned into EcoRI and BamHI sites of pBluescript II KS (-), then the HindIII-NotI fragment from that plasmid was subcloned into HindIII and NotI sites of pcDNA3.
