Comments: The sequence of RPL41A mRNA is as previously described (Yu and Warner, 2001). Two G bases were added at the 5´-ends of both mRNAs in order to promote efficient transcription and the sequence GGATC was added at the 3´-end as part of a BamHI site during cloning.
