Comments: the tet operator can be released from this plasmid using a XhoI digest. The construct is composed of the tet operator sequences followed by a CMV minimal promoter. The insert was digested with XhoI and EcoRI, klenow filled, and cloned into the SmaI site of pBluescript KS. See author's map for more information.
