Comments: The pCS6/U6 vector was made by ligating an M13 PCR product from the pBS/U6 vector (from the Shi lab, Harvard Medical School) to a Rsr II-Mlu I blunted pCMV-Sport6 vector (Invitrogen). This vector is compatible with Invitrogen's Gateway system. See Author's Map for cloning information and the article for a protocol for cloning hairpins into this vector (in the article's supplementary material).
