Vector Backbone Description: Backbone Marker:GeneScript; Backbone Size:3630; Vector Backbone:pG12; Vector Types:Mammalian Expression, AAV; Bacterial Resistance:Ampicillin
Comments: To make pAAV-G12-mFGF2, mFGF2 was amplified from Addgene plasmid #22084, a gift from Gail Martin. Then, the amplified mFGF2 was swapped with AkaLuc in pAAV-G12-AkaLuc using BamHI and EcoRI restriction enzymes, with a partial digest being used in the case of mFGF2 with the BamHI enzyme.
