Description: Core provides research infrastructure, data resources, and analytical expertise to support studies in sex-based precision medicine. Facilitates access to and analysis of large-scale clinical, electronic health record, genomic, and population datasets, including eMERGE and the All of Us Research Program, and assists investigators with their own research data. Core provides expertise in biomedical informatics, biostatistics, statistical genetics, bioinformatics, data management, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and implementation science. Through consultation and collaborative support, the SPMRC assists investigators with study design, data acquisition and management, analytical approaches, interpretation of results, and development of rigorous, reproducible research addressing sex differences in health and disease.
