It is based on Weizmann Institute of Science DNA array experiments, which were performed on the Affymetrix HG-U95 set A-E. It offers: An expression profile (tissue vector) for each gene in the human genome Gene and tissue clustering based on expression profiles A full genome ranking procedure according to the gene''s tendency for tissue specificity, from tissue-specific to housekeeping genes.
