Description: Provides services including High-resolution imaging of bacteria and parasites, and their interactions with host eukaryotic cells; High-resolution imaging of biological processes of larger eukaryotic cells, spheroids, tissues and organs including the use of micro-fluidic devices. Provides equipment for biological specimen preparation for optical and electron microscopy. Provides training and support on the use of both basic and advanced microscopes including:transmitted light, wide-field fluorescence, confocal laser-scanning, super-resolution, high-content imaging, slide-scanning microscopy and range of image analysis and 3D-image visualisation software like FIJI, Huygens, Leica AIVIA, ZEISS ZEN Intellesis and Bitplane Imaris.
