https://web.expasy.org/cellosaurus/CVCL_RQ95

Organism: Homo sapiens (Human)
Disease: Osteosarcoma
Category: Cancer cell line
Comments: Characteristics: Edited by ZFN at the ACTB locus to insert a TagRFP construct at the N-terminus of the gene (Sigma-Aldrich=CLL1035)., Population: Caucasian.

Proper citation: RRID:CVCL_RQ95 Copy

Proper citation: RRID:CVCL_VR87 Copy

  • RRID:CVCL_VR83

https://web.expasy.org/cellosaurus/CVCL_VR83

Organism: Homo sapiens (Human)
Disease: Osteosarcoma
Category: Cancer cell line
Comments: Characteristics: Contains a 'nested intron' reporter construct HRsub that allows to study sister chromatid recombination (SCR) by positive selection of 'long tract' gene conversion events between sister chromatids., Characteristics: The parental RAD51D KO cell line is functionally reconstituted by retroviral transfection of RAD51D., Population: Caucasian.

https://web.expasy.org/cellosaurus/CVCL_YK66

Organism: Homo sapiens (Human)
Disease: Osteosarcoma
Category: Cancer cell line
Comments: Characteristics: The red cAMP-Nomad biosensor consists of a membrane localization peptide derived from interleukin-2 receptor alpha chain, a TurboFP650 fluorescent protein, a Ht31 peptide fused to a KDEL signal., Characteristics: In absence of cAMP, the fluorescent biosensor is localized in the cellular membrane. An increase in this second messenger concentration leads to change in the structural folding of Nomad biosensor that promotes its cellular relocation in the vesicular trafficking of the cells., Population: Caucasian.

Proper citation: RRID:CVCL_YK66 Copy

Can't find your Cell Line?

We recommend that you click next to the search bar to check some helpful tips on searches and refine your search firstly. If you want to find a specific cell line, it's easier to enter an RRID or add the vendor information to search. You can refine the search results using Facets on the left side of the search results page. If you are on the table view, you can also search in a specific column by clicking the column title and enter the keywords.

If you still could not find your cell line in the search results, please help us by registering it into the system — it's easy. Register it with the Cellosaurus. An RRID will be generated in 1-2 business days.
