Comments: Discontinued; manufacturer recommendations: Approx 60kDa band observed in Human Thymus lysates (calculated MW of 52.9kDa according to NP_009093.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Kuiper et al, Hum Mol Genet. 2003 Jul 15;12(14):1661-9.; PMID: 12837690). Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5µg/ml. ELISA, Western Blot.; Western Blot; ELISA

Discontinued

http://antibodyregistry.org/AB_10722263

Comments: Discontinued; manufacturer recommendations: ELISA; ELISA. Preliminary experiments gave bands at approx 70kDa and 35kDa in Human Lymph Node and Thyroid Gland lysates after 1µg/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 31.0kDa according to NP_002346.1. Both detected bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide (and BLAST results with the immunizing peptide sequence did not identify any other proteins to explain the additional bands). We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?
Host Organism: goat

Can't find your Antibody?

We recommend that you click next to the search bar to check some helpful tips on searches and refine your search firstly. If you want to find a specific antibody, it's easier to enter an RRID or a Catalog Number to search. You can refine the search results using Facets on the left side of the search results page. If you are on the table view, you can also search in a specific column by clicking the column title and enter the keywords.

If you still could not find your antibody in the search results, please help us by registering it into the system — it's easy. Register it with The Antibody Registry (an Antibody Registry account is required. Create a free Antibody Registry account if you don't have one yet). An RRID will be generated in 1-2 business days.
