Comments: BALB/c mouse was injected subcutaneously with 25 ug of RCP emulsified in Freund's adjuvant followed by two booster doses of 15 ug of the antigen at 3 week intervals. After resting for a month, the mouse was injected intraperitoneally with 200 ug of the antigen in saline, spleen excised on the 4th day and splenocytes fused with mouse myeloma Sp2/0 cells. Hybridoma were selected on HAT medium.
