Comments: Discontinued; manufacturer recommendations: IgG; IgG ELISA, Immunoprecipitation, Western blot. This antibody reacts with human Sprouty-2 protein and is determining its presence in ELISA, immunoblotting and immunoprecipitation. Approximately 20 ul of antibody is used to immunoprecipitate hSpry2 protein from 1 mg of a HeLa cell lysate in 1 ml. Incubate the antibody for 2 h with the cell lysate. Immunoprecipitate the complex with Protein G agarose. Reactivity in other immunoassays has not yet been fully determined.

This affinity purified antibody was assayed by immunoblot and was found to be reactive at a 1:2,000 dilution. A 38 kDa band corresponding to human Sprouty-2 is observed. Detection occurs using HRP Goat anti-Rabbit IgG and ECL. The researcher should determine optimal titers for other applications.; ELISA; Immunoprecip

Can't find your Antibody?

We recommend that you click next to the search bar to check some helpful tips on searches and refine your search firstly. If you want to find a specific antibody, it's easier to enter an RRID or a Catalog Number to search. You can refine the search results using Facets on the left side of the search results page. If you are on the table view, you can also search in a specific column by clicking the column title and enter the keywords.

If you still could not find your antibody in the search results, please help us by registering it into the system — it's easy. Register it with The Antibody Registry (an Antibody Registry account is required. Create a free Antibody Registry account if you don't have one yet). An RRID will be generated in 1-2 business days.
