  • RRID:AB_10724902

Discontinued

http://antibodyregistry.org/AB_10724902

Comments: Discontinued; manufacturer recommendations: ELISA; Preliminary experiments gave an approx 45kDa band in human kidney, lung and placenta lysates after 1µg/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 78.3kDa according to NP_619525.1 and 74.5kDa according to NP_054720.1. The 45kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported? This antibody is expected to recognise both reported isoforms (NP_619525 and NP_054720) ELISA.
Host Organism: goat
Clonality: polyclonal
Target(s): GGA3 antibody

Proper citation: GeneTex Cat# GTX89441, RRID:AB_10724902 Copy

Comments: Discontinued; manufacturer recommendations: IgG; IgG Western Blot; Western blotting (0.5-4 µg/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. The antibody recognizes 28 kDa of Dectin-1 from samples of human origins. A ~16 kDa monomeric form and a 43 kDa glycoprotein can also be detected. Reactivity to other species has not been tested.
Host Organism: rabbit
Clonality: polyclonal
Target(s): Dectin-1 antibody

Can't find your Antibody?

We recommend that you click next to the search bar to check some helpful tips on searches and refine your search firstly. If you want to find a specific antibody, it's easier to enter an RRID or a Catalog Number to search. You can refine the search results using Facets on the left side of the search results page. If you are on the table view, you can also search in a specific column by clicking the column title and enter the keywords.

If you still could not find your antibody in the search results, please help us by registering it into the system — it's easy. Register it with The Antibody Registry (an Antibody Registry account is required. Create a free Antibody Registry account if you don't have one yet). An RRID will be generated in 1-2 business days.
