  • RRID:AB_2888621

http://antibodyregistry.org/AB_2888621

Comments: "For mouse Ost-beta, cDNA coding for Ost-beta amino acids 54 to 128 was PCR amplified, subcloned into pGEX 3X (Amersham Biosciences), and sequenced. The glutathione S-transferase (GST)-Ostb-fusion protein was purified from E.coli (BL21)cytosol by glutathione affinity chromatography. Two New Zealand White Rabbits (rabbit numbers 4053 and 4054) were immunized with 500 ug of the GST-Ostb-fusion protein in Freund's complete adjuvant (Lampire Biological Laboratories, Pipersville, PA). The antibody has been characterized using extracts from Ostb-transfected cells and from wild type and Ostb null mice. The production bleeds give an acceptable signal for detection in high expressing tissues such as ileum."

Can't find your Antibody?

We recommend that you click next to the search bar to check some helpful tips on searches and refine your search firstly. If you want to find a specific antibody, it's easier to enter an RRID or a Catalog Number to search. You can refine the search results using Facets on the left side of the search results page. If you are on the table view, you can also search in a specific column by clicking the column title and enter the keywords.

If you still could not find your antibody in the search results, please help us by registering it into the system — it's easy. Register it with The Antibody Registry (an Antibody Registry account is required. Create a free Antibody Registry account if you don't have one yet). An RRID will be generated in 1-2 business days.
