Comments: Discontinued; manufacturer recommendations: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 36kDa band in Human Peripheral Blood Mononucleocytes lysates after 1µg/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the smallest calculated size of 106kDa according to NP_899632.1. The 36kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported? This antibody is expected to recognize all reported isoforms (NP_004886.3; NP_899632.1; NP_001120933.1; NP_001120934.1). Reported variants NP_001073289.1 and NP_004886.3 represent identical protein. ELISA.; ELISA
Host Organism: goat
Clonality polyclonal
Target(s): Cryopirin / NALP3 / NLRP3 antibody

Can't find your Antibody?

We recommend that you click next to the search bar to check some helpful tips on searches and refine your search firstly. If you want to find a specific antibody, it's easier to enter an RRID or a Catalog Number to search. You can refine the search results using Facets on the left side of the search results page. If you are on the table view, you can also search in a specific column by clicking the column title and enter the keywords.

If you still could not find your antibody in the search results, please help us by registering it into the system — it's easy. Register it with The Antibody Registry (an Antibody Registry account is required. Create a free Antibody Registry account if you don't have one yet). An RRID will be generated in 1-2 business days.
