Comments: "We used five 5-week-old female BALB/c mice (Kyudo Exp. Animals, Kumamoto, Japan), injected intraperitoneally with 0.1 mg CTQD-KLH conjugate emulsified in complete Freund’s adjuvant [14], [15]. In total, the mice received 3 injections of the conjugate (0.05 mg) alone at 2-week intervals. Seven days after the final injection, the mice were killed and serum was collected. The serum samples (5 mL) were centrifuged at 1048 g at 4 °C for 10 min and then heated at 55 °C for 30 min [14], [15]. IgG fractions were purified using a HiTrap Protein G column (GE Healthcare, Stockholm, Sweden) with 20 mM sodium phosphate (pH 7.0) as the binding buffer and 0.1 M glycine HCl (pH 2.7) as the elution buffer, according to the manufacturer’s protocol [13]. The fraction that was eluted through the column was lyophilized and used as the anti-afatinib antibody for ELISA"

Can't find your Antibody?
We recommend that you click next to the search bar to check some helpful tips on searches and refine your search firstly. If you want to find a specific antibody, it's easier to enter an RRID or a Catalog Number to search. You can refine the search results using Facets on the left side of the search results page. If you are on the table view, you can also search in a specific column by clicking the column title and enter the keywords.
If you still could not find your antibody in the search results, please help us by registering it into the system — it's easy. Register it with The Antibody Registry (an Antibody Registry account is required. Create a free Antibody Registry account if you don't have one yet). An RRID will be generated in 1-2 business days.
