RRID:Addgene_13985 Hoxd-13 Gallus gallus Ampicillin PMID:9043077 RCASHoxd-13 was constructed using a cDNA corresponding to the longer of the two transcripts whose putative coding region is identical to the published sequence, with the exception of 9 glycines encoded by ggc repeats starting at amino acid position 10, instead of the reported 7 ggc repeats (Rogina and Upholdt, 1993). This cDNA was cloned into the shuttle vector SLAX-13 (Riddle et al., 1993), and then subcloned into the ClaI site of RCAS(BP)A . Backbone Size:11600; Vector Backbone:RCASBP(A); Vector Types:Retroviral, avian expression; Bacterial Resistance:Ampicillin 2026-08-15 01:06:36 0

RRID:Addgene_13986 Hoxc6 Gallus gallus Ampicillin PMID:8812121 To generate a retrovirus capable of transcribing Hoxc-6 mRNA, the region encoding the PR11 Hoxc-6 protein was isolated from a chick cDNA clone (Nelson et al., 1996). The PR11 Hoxc-6 protein comprises 235 amino acids (Oliver et al., 1988; Coletta et al., 1991; Shimeld et al., 1993). The ATG of the PR11 coding region was engineered by PCR for cloning into the NcoI site of the SLAX-13 shuttle vector (Riddle et al., 1993), and then subcloned into the retroviral vector RCAS-BP(A) (Hughes et al., 1987). The insert is 932 base pairs and includes approximately 230 bp of 3' untranslated sequence. Backbone Size:11600; Vector Backbone:RCASBP(A); Vector Types:Retroviral, avian expression; Bacterial Resistance:Ampicillin 2026-08-15 01:06:36 0

RRID:Addgene_45061 NgCam Gallus gallus Ampicillin PMID:10839364 NgCam is very GC rich and difficult to sequence and PCR. pBa vector is susceptable to recombination and should not be grown in fast growing bacteria or cloned using recombination. XL 10-Gold, Stbl3, OmniMax2, DH5alpha, and XL 1-Blue are suitable growth strains. Addgene's sequencing results found a few nucleotide differences when compared to the full plasmid sequence provided by the depositing laboratory. According to the depositor, these differences are not a concern for the function of the plasmid. RRID:Addgene_45796 TN-XXL Gallus gallus Ampicillin PMID:19160515 TN-XXL is composed of two fluorescent proteins: cyan fluorescent protein (CFP) as the FRET donor and cpCitrine as the FRET acceptor. These proteins are linked by the calcium-sensitive double C-terminal lobe of troponin C (TnC). After the binding of free calcium, TnC undergoes a reversible conformational change that leads to energy transfer from the donor to the acceptor fluorophore, resulting in a drop in CFP fluorescence and an increase in cpCitrine fluorescence. Backbone Marker:Invitrogen; Backbone Size:2900; Vector Backbone:pRSETB; Vector Types:Bacterial Expression; Bacterial Resistance:Ampicillin 2026-08-15 01:15:26 0
