RRID:Addgene_16616 GFP Ampicillin PMID:11581659 This is an improved version of the vector used in the publication. Note that although the SnapGene software recognizes the fluorescent protein as EYFP, this variant does not have the mutations required to convert GFP to YFP, and so should function more similarly to GFP. RRID:Addgene_16653 CDC4 R465C Homo sapiens Ampicillin PMID:14999283 A 1.5kb fragment of human CDC4 cDNA (nucleotides 374-1874), which encompasses the entire ORF, was cloned into pCMV-Myc. Addgene's quality control sequence suggests there are some unexpected mutations in the gene. The effect these mutations have on function is unknown, but this is the plasmid used in the Vogelstein article, so it should behave as reported. Can't find your Plasmid?

We recommend that you click next to the search bar to check some helpful tips on searches and refine your search firstly. If you want to find a specific plasmid, it's easier to enter an RRID or an Addgene Catalog Number to search. You can refine the search results using Facets on the left side of the search results page. If you are on the table view, you can also search in a specific column by clicking the column title and enter the keywords.

If you still could not find your plasmid in the search results, please help us by registering it into the system — it's easy. Register it with Addgene.
