RRID:Addgene_41152 Cep215 Homo sapiens Kanamycin PMID:18042621 The Cep215 cDNA sequence was obtained from KIAA1633 clone (from Kazusa DNA Research Institute). Using PCR, a frameshift within the sequence was corrected and missing 5' coding information was obtained by PCR amplification from Marathon cDNA library (Clontech). Constructs were fused to yield the complete coding sequence of Cep215, and subcloned into a mammalian expression vector providing a Myc epitope-tag. All constructs were confirmed by sequencing. Backbone Marker:Modified from Clontech; Backbone Size:4110; Vector Backbone:pCJW206 (modified pEGFP-C1); Vector Types:Mammalian Expression; Bacterial Resistance:Kanamycin 2026-08-15 01:14:42 4

RRID:Addgene_41151 Cep170 Homo sapiens Kanamycin PMID:15616186 The KIAA0470 cDNA was obtained from the Kazusa DNA Research Institute. It was subcloned into pT7-EGFP-C1 (modified from pEGFP-C1; BD Biosciences Clontech), after removing the ATG. Specifically, a 5kb SalI-SnaBI (Klenow blunted) fragment from pBS/KIAA0470Δ5'UTR was ligated into pT7-EGFP-C1 (Nigg COM81) digested with XhoI (Klenow blunted). The 3' XhoI site was recreated. This resulted in Addgene plasmid #41150: pEGFP Cep170 (Nigg PID200). The plasmid was then digested with BspEI and XmnI, blunted, and religated to recover a plasmid containing only the Cep170 C-terminal portion (aa 755-1460, from XmnI site to the end of cDNA). Backbone Marker:Modified from Clontech; Backbone Size:4700; Vector Backbone:pEGFP-T7/C1 (modified pEGFP-C1); Vector Types:Mammalian Expression; Bacterial Resistance:Kanamycin Contains C-terminal fragment (aa 755-1460, from XmnI site to the end of cDNA), 2026-08-15 01:14:42 1

Can't find your Plasmid?

We recommend that you click next to the search bar to check some helpful tips on searches and refine your search firstly. If you want to find a specific plasmid, it's easier to enter an RRID or an Addgene Catalog Number to search. You can refine the search results using Facets on the left side of the search results page. If you are on the table view, you can also search in a specific column by clicking the column title and enter the keywords.

If you still could not find your plasmid in the search results, please help us by registering it into the system — it's easy. Register it with Addgene.

If you have an account on RRID then you can log in from here to get additional features in RRID such as Collections, Saved Searches, and managing Resources.

  4. Searching

Here is the search term that is being executed, you can type in anything you want to search for. Some tips to help searching:

    1. Use quotes around phrases you want to match exactly
    2. You can manually AND and OR terms to change how we search between words
    3. You can add "-" to terms to make sure no results return with that term in them (ex. Cerebellum -CA1)
    4. You can add "+" to terms to require they be in the data
    5. Using autocomplete specifies which branch of our semantics you with to search and can help refine your search
  5. Collections

If you are logged into RRID you can add data records to your collections to create custom spreadsheets across multiple sources of data.

  6. Facets

Here are the facets that you can filter the data by.
