Vector Backbone Description: Backbone Size:6734; Vector Backbone:pCAX; Vector Types:Mammalian Expression; Bacterial Resistance:Ampicillin
Defining Citation: PMID:32508591
Comments: Intent is to introduce low doses of pCAG Cre to recombine a subset of cells, such that mNeon can act as an internal control to mScarlet for use in in utero electroporation or other related techniques. Genetic overexpression can be easily attached following the mScarlet through use of a mcs after the P2A. Note: Addgene NGS is unable to fully resolve the CAG promoter sequence. Please refer to the depositor's sequence for this section of the plasmid.

Proper citation: RRID:Addgene_125134 Copy

http://www.addgene.org/12522

Species: Homo sapiens
Genetic Insert: PIK3CA
Vector Backbone Description: Backbone Marker:Available at Addgene (plasmid #1764); Backbone Size:5150; Vector Backbone:pBabe puro; Vector Types:Mammalian Expression, Retroviral; Bacterial Resistance:Ampicillin
Defining Citation: PMID:16339315
Comments: To construct a hemagglutinin (HA)-tagged allele of p110 alpha, a cDNA clone of human PIK3CA (obtained from the FLEXGene Repository of the Harvard Institute of Proteomics [HIP]) was subcloned into pBabepuro by PCR with primers containing HA-epitope coding sequence with subsequent restriction and ligation. Please note that the original cDNA from HIP differed from the sequence posted on NCBI. This cDNA has an A->G alteration at the 424th nucleotide, which changes the amino acid from Ile -> Val. It could be a SNP. No functional changes have been observed so far in signaling assays.

Proper citation: RRID:Addgene_12522 Copy

  • RRID:Addgene_12520

    This resource has 1+ mentions.

http://www.addgene.org/12520

Genetic Insert: RFP
Vector Backbone Description: Backbone Size:0; Vector Backbone:pAdTrace-TO4; Vector Types:Mammalian Expression; Bacterial Resistance:Kanamycin
Comments: This is an RFP expressing adenoviral vector compatible with the AdEasy system. The mRFP is functional and the depositing lab has been using it as a control. The stop codon was originally deleted in order to make c-terminal fusion proteins. But the current construct should run into certain stop codons at the end of the linker sites.
