Next, a second ADH1 terminator was removed from the pDN-T2dGZmlh plasmid, resulting in the final reporter pDN-T2dGZmxh plasmid bearing the yEGFP::zeoR fluorescent reporter gene under the control of the PTETREG rtTA-MF inducible promoter.
