Vector Backbone Description: Vector Backbone:pBluescript II SK+; Vector Types:Mammalian Expression; Bacterial Resistance:Ampicillin
Defining Citation: PMID:12623879
Comments: The distance between the two Not1 sites is ~6kb Clone into the Sal1 site (or Sal/Hind3 site). Release the pBluescript backbone with Not1 for transgenics. This construct consists of a full-length α-MHC promoter in which 3 GATA sites and 2 TREs were ablated. Other cis-acting regions important for cardiac-specific expression were left intact. To make the attenuated promoter Tet responsive, 7 repeats of the TetO sequences were inserted adjacent to the TATA box. The human growth hormone polyadenylation signal was placed downstream from the unique cloning site. Any gene of interest inserted into this Tet-responsive promoter construct will be inducible.

Defining Citation: PMID:23706742
Comments: murine p110α and p110β constructs (wild type and RBD DM) subcloned into pBacPAK-His3-GST (from protein purification facility). So these constructs encode GST-tagged p110, which can be cleaved of using rhinovirus 3C protease

Can't find your Plasmid?

We recommend that you click next to the search bar to check some helpful tips on searches and refine your search firstly. If you want to find a specific plasmid, it's easier to enter an RRID or an Addgene Catalog Number to search. You can refine the search results using Facets on the left side of the search results page. If you are on the table view, you can also search in a specific column by clicking the column title and enter the keywords.

If you still could not find your plasmid in the search results, please help us by registering it into the system — it's easy. Register it with Addgene.
