RRID:Addgene_52679 ACTN4 Rattus norvegicus Ampicillin PMID:19028690 EGFP is a transfection marker, not a fusion. RNAi targeted at 493–511 from the start sequence of rat α-actinin-4 (the sense chain was 5’-gactatccaggagatgcagttcaagagactgcatctcctggatagtctttttt-3’. The 19-nucleotide sense sequence and the inverted antisense sequence were connected by a 9-nucleotide spacer to allow stem-loop formation. At the 3’ end, a penta-thymidine motif provided a polymerase III termination site. siRNAs were cloned into pSilencer™ vector for expression of the respective sequences under the U6 promotor. Backbone Marker:Hell lab, Addgene plasmid #52675; Vector Backbone:pSIL-EGFP; Vector Types:RNAi; Bacterial Resistance:Ampicillin 2026-08-15 01:16:25 0

RRID:Addgene_52685 tetO7-Pcyc1+LINKER Schizosaccharomyces pombe Ampicillin This is the same as the "regular" tetO plasmids (41022, 41023, 41024, 41025, or 41026) with an additional LADYGAG linker. This allows amplification of tagging cassettes from the LINKER vectors using the same pair of primers. For the “regular” vectors the reverse primer is unique to each plasmid. RRID:Addgene_52696 KIlac strain None PMID:22605776 KIlac refers to the knock-in of the wild-type operon into the attTn7 locus; this strain was used as the reference strain for all analyses. We constructed all knock-in strains using the approach of McKenzie and Craig. The knock-in contained the entire lac operon starting 75bp upstream of lacI and ending 100bp downstream of lacA. The ΔZYA strain was transformed with pGRG37. The plasmid carried both the lac operon and the transposon genes tnsABCD, which allow for a site-specific insertion at attTn7. Can't find your Plasmid?

We recommend that you click next to the search bar to check some helpful tips on searches and refine your search firstly. If you want to find a specific plasmid, it's easier to enter an RRID or an Addgene Catalog Number to search. You can refine the search results using Facets on the left side of the search results page. If you are on the table view, you can also search in a specific column by clicking the column title and enter the keywords.

If you still could not find your plasmid in the search results, please help us by registering it into the system — it's easy. Register it with Addgene.

  4. Searching

Here is the search term that is being executed, you can type in anything you want to search for. Some tips to help searching:

    1. Use quotes around phrases you want to match exactly
    2. You can manually AND and OR terms to change how we search between words
    3. You can add "-" to terms to make sure no results return with that term in them (ex. Cerebellum -CA1)
    4. You can add "+" to terms to require they be in the data
    5. Using autocomplete specifies which branch of our semantics you with to search and can help refine your search
  5. Collections

If you are logged into RRID you can add data records to your collections to create custom spreadsheets across multiple sources of data.
